HEART awards $25K in grants from new Facebook fund for Menlo Park and East Palo Alto
HEART is pleased to announce the award of two grants of $12,500 each to MidPen Housing and AbleWorks for housing-related activities located in Menlo Park and East Palo Alto. These funds are being made available through the generosity of Facebook.
