Once an obsolete RV park, now affordable homes

Trestle Glen is the redevelopment of an obsolete RV trailer park, located unincorporated San Mateo County, next to the Colma BART station.

The building features landscaped outdoor courtyard areas, a community room, a parking garage and 56-slot child-care facility with outdoor play space.

HEART made two loans totaling $2,480,000.
