HEART Releases RFP for the First-Time Homebuyer Program
HEART is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified community home mortgage lenders interested in contracting with HEART to help low to moderate income families with roots in the community be able to stay in the community through home ownership.
The goal of the program is to allow current residents or workers of San Mateo County an opportunity to purchase a home with a 5% down payment and not pay any private mortgage insurance.

Please note: this will not affect our current program and any potential homebuyers. The program will continue to operate as is until further notice. First-time homebuyers are encouraged to continue to apply.
